Please remember that when you signed up to participate in the swap that you agreed to not only ship your package, but to also provide a tracking number. Confirmation that you submitted this information will determine whether returning swappers will be able to participate in the swap next year. Please remember to make sure you have filled out this form providing your tracking information to ensure that you can participate next year.

Even though it’s not really anyone’s fault, we wanted to say sorry in advance to anyone who didn’t receive a gift. We’ll do our best to deal with each situation fairly and satisfactorily – this is where our tracking numbers will come in handy!

So, if you:

a) Didn’t receive a gift

b) Are worried that the gift you sent wasn’t received

Please e-mail your holiday swap contact (they sent your original e-mail) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have signed up and fully meet the criteria as set forth in our FAQ, you should be receiving an e-mail with the information about your secret santee between November 17th (Thursday) and November 19th (Saturday). If you haven’t received an e-mail by Monday, please check your e-mail spam folder.  If you don’t see an e-mail, and you feel that you have met all the required criteria, contact us (bbholidayswapATgmailDOTcom). Your e-mail will need to have the subject ‘Book Blogger Holiday Swap.’

Once you’ve received your e-mail, you can get started brainstorming the perfect gift! Remember, if you’re swapping with us this year, we ask that you get your gift in the mail no later than Monday, December 5th. Please be mindful that your gift reflects the swap level you have signed up for, excluding the cost of shipping.

All mailed packages require a tracking number. Once assignments have been made,  return to the holiday swap blog to enter the tracking information on the form or by following the link to the form provided in your e-mail. We are pre-qualifing swappers for next year with this information. If we don’t recive your tracking number, you will not be admitted into next year’s swap.

If you missed the deadline or weren’t able to participate this year, don’t despair; remember, this is the fifth year of the swap, so it will certainly be back next year!
